2. We show up—We do a quick sort together at the start so we're on the same page about what stays, what gets donated, and what gets hauled. Then we handle everything. You don't lift a finger.

3. Walk into a garage that glows—Organized, hauled, swept, mopped. Remaining balance of $599 due at completion before we leave.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON CLEANOUT DAY

Here's Exactly What Happens When We Show Up.

No surprises. No confusion. Just a simple process that gets your garage back.

Step 1—The Sort

We walk the garage together first. We figure out what stays, what gets donated, what gets trashed, and what gets resold. You make the calls. We do the work.

Step 2—The Cleanout

Everything that doesn't belong gets removed. We organize what stays—grouped, stacked, and put away with intention so your garage actually makes sense.

Step 3—The Haul

Donations go to local charities. Unwanted items get hauled away. You don't have to make a single trip.

Step 4—The Glow

Before we leave we sweep and mop that floor. Every single time. We don't call it done until it glows.

Step 5—Sign & Pay

We go over a quick intake form together on the day of your cleanout—nothing complicated, just making sure we're aligned on everything. Remaining balance of $599 is due at completion before we leave.

Do I need to be home?

Yes—we do a quick sort with you at the start so we know exactly what stays, what gets donated, and what gets hauled. After that you can relax.

What happens to my stuff?

Donations go to local charities. Anything resellable we take off your hands and handle ourselves. Everything else gets hauled away.

What won't you haul?

We don't haul hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, or propane tanks. If you have those we'll let you know upfront.

How do I pay?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash only. A $100 deposit is required at booking to secure your date. The remaining $599 balance is due at completion before we leave. No checks please.

Do I have to sign anything?

Yes—we go over a quick intake form together on the day of your cleanout. It covers what stays, what goes, and confirms we're aligned on everything before we start. It protects you and us. Nothing complicated.

How far do you travel?

We serve North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your area? Just text us.

What if my garage is really bad?

Doesn't matter. $699 is $699. We've seen it all and we don't scare easy.

What about oversized or extra heavy items?

Oversized loads or large hauls may require an additional trip or trailer fee—always discussed upfront, never a surprise.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date.
